WEBMOMS LEAVES

Hailing from the leafy Cornwall, Webmoms aka Karum Cooper creates lo-fi music that weaves together soul, jazz and folk. Following on from last year's collaborative bossa-inspired single 'Grand Noir', Webmoms releases 'Leaves', a song 'Inspired by some crunchy leafy foley recordings, taken on a walk with George last autumn'. Opening 'Leaves' is the sound of footsteps in contact with the crunchy earth and the song of distant birds. Acoustic guitar plucks stroll alongside the steady beat, ornamented with pretty flute frills and keys. Reminiscent of folk band Tuung, Webmom's 'Leaves' sews together a combination of organic and electronic elements for a warm and spring-like track that's the perfect introduction to March.
